SANDBANK SENIOR Citizens Club will reopen on Tuesday, September 9, at 2pm with a special afternoon tea held in memory of former president Arthur Oliver.
Arthur, who sadly passed away on April 28, had expressed a wish that members should gather to enjoy an afternoon tea in
his honour. His family have kindly organised the event and will join club members on the day to celebrate his life and contribution to the group.
Organisers say the occasion will not only mark the reopening of the club but also provide a heartfelt tribute to a much-loved friend.
