From tomorrow (Saturday, June 5) Argyll and Bute will see further easing of Covid-19 restrictions as we move into tier one.
This means you can meet socially in groups of up to six people from three households in your home or theirs – and can stay overnight there is also no longer any need to physically distance from family and friends in a private home.
Up to eight people from three households can meet in an indoor public place like a café, pub, or restaurant and up to 12 people from 12 households can meet outdoors in your garden or a public place.
Travel to anywhere in Scotland is once again permitted, as Glasgow the only council area still in tier three, moves to tier two.
For the hospitality sector, this means restaurants, cafés, pubs, and bars can open indoors until 11 pm and outdoors within local licensing conditions for the consumption of food and alcoholic drinks.
The only places still required to be closed in level one are nightclubs and adult entertainment facilities.
