A 59-year-old man was reported to the procurator

fiscal for dangerous driving on the A83 near to the junction with the A815, Cairndow and also for having no insurance.

Two 18-year-old men were arrested on November 15, in Dunoon in relation to various disorder crimes including failing to leave licensed premises, resisting arrest, obstruction and vandalism, they will be reported to the procurator fiscal.

A 46-year-old man was arrested for threatening and abusive behaviour on November 12, in Innellan, he thereafter assaulted police by spitting on them and committed further offences which were racially aggravated.

A 63-year-old man has been reported to the procurator fiscal for being concerned in the production of a controlled drug and possession of controlled drugs on November 17, in the Dunoon area.
Road Safety

A total of 15 traffic offences were detected within the Cowal area, ranging from careless driving, speeding, driving with no insurance, cause and permit person to drive a vehicle without insurance and failing to comply with road markings.

 Bute

A 48-year-old man will be reported to the procurator fiscal for threatening and abusive behaviour and vandalism committed on November 15, in Montague Street, Rothesay.
