A 36 YEAR-old man from Larkhall had his driving licence endorsed with nine penalty points and was fined £750 at Dunoon Sheriff Court last week.
On August 11, on the A83, near to Glaschoine Cottage, Cairndow, Andrew Hamilton drove without due care and attention and consideration for other road users and drove at excessive speeds including driving at 96mph in a 60mph limit.
