DUNOON Grammar School Pipe Band and dancers are tuning up for a Scottish- themed fundraising night later this month as they bid to raise funds for their 2026 trip to New York to take part in the world-famous Tartan Day Parade.
The event takes place on Saturday, November 29, at the Dunoon Argyll Pipe Band Hall, Union Street, from 7pm till late.
Entry costs £5 for adults and £2.50 for children.
A licensed bar, raffle and auction will run throughout the evening, with all proceeds supporting the school’s journey to represent Dunoon on the international stage. Organisers are inviting the community to come along, enjoy an evening of music and dance, and help the youngsters take their place on New York’s Fifth Avenue next spring.
