Witness Appeal
Police are looking for information regarding an incident on May 28, where a blue Nissan was hit by another car in the disabled bays of the Co-op car park. The incident took place around 2pm. Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Haley at Dunoon Police Station.

A number of traffic offences were detected in Bute over the past week. Specifically, motorists were caught operating vehicles without a valid MOT certificate and without a valid insurance policy.

Driving without these legal requirements poses a significant risk to road safety and can result in hefty fines, penalty points, and vehicle seizure. Local officers are continuing to monitor the roads to ensure all road users are fully compliant with the law.
