Philip Ambagtsheer, (65), from Kilmun, was given a non-harassment order for two years and fined £580. Having been granted bail on August 29, 2024, at Dunoon Sheriff Court, and being subject to the condition that he not attempt to approach or contact an individual in any way, on September 23, 2025, in Innellan, Ambagtsheer failed without reasonable excuse to comply with said condition.
Alistair Murray, (20), from Sandbank, had his licence endorsed with eight penalty points and was fined £420. On August 15, 2025, on the A815, Strachur Road, Murray drove a vehicle without due care and attention and consideration for other road users, drove at excessive speed and onto the opposing carriageway, narrowly avoiding a collision with another vehicle travelling in front of him. Murray also drove at excessive speed through the forecourt of a filling station.
David Wilson, (46), from Erskine, was fined £840 and given a non-harassment order for 12 months. On March 1, in the Clansman Bar in Dunoon, he behaved in a threatening and abusive manner by continually engaging in unwanted contact with three individuals, touching one of them on the body and placing all of them in a state of fear and alarm.
Dominic Kerr, (30), from Dunoon, was fined £420 and had his licence endorsed with nine penalty points. On October 29, 2025, on the A815 near Dhailling Road, Dunoon, he drove a car without due care and attention and consideration for other road users in excess of 30 mph, namely 66 mph, during the hours of darkness with pedestrians present.
