An Ardrishag man was banned from entering Kilmartin for 18 months. Kris Ronald Gordon, (38), was also given a community payback order for 18 months, a supplementary requirement for the same period of time, a non-arrestment order for 30 months and a conduct requirement of 18 months prohibiting contact with any of his victim’s family or friends.

Between April 1, 2019 and March 27, 2025 at an address in Kilmartin, Wright engaged in a course of behaviour which was abusive to an individual in that he slammed a shower door causing damage, punched a wall causing damage, excessively contacted the individual via telephone, text message, email and social media platforms, uttered offensive remarks , shouted, swore, questioned who the individual was in the company of, repeatedly entered their home without consent and refused to leave when requested to do so and sent messages to the individual’s family which were offensive and degrading in nature towards them.

In a separate charge Wright assaulted a man on March 27 last year at Morrisons supermarket in Lochgilphead by pushing him on the body.

Darren Michael Wright, (56), from Kilmartin was fined £450 and disqualified from driving for 12 months. On June 5 last year in the Corran Roundabout car park, Lochgilphead, Wright drove when the proportion of Delta 9 Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood was not less than 6.1 microgrammes which exceeded the limit of two microgrammes.

Christopher Hallam, (58), from Sheffield was fined £225. On September 28 last year at the Holy Loch Marina in Sandbank, Hallam behaved in a threatening and abusive manner by shouting, swearing, uttered offensive remarks to an individual and struggled with them.
