Graham Fisher, overall winner

THERE was a superb turnout for the annual Famous Grouse Trophy at Port Bannatyne Golf Club, with golfers enjoying a full day of competition, hospitality, and excellent course conditions in one of the club’s flagship events of the season.

The event, once again generously sponsored by David Kilpatrick and family of Bute Signs, featured a packed prize table with rewards ranging from premium golf balls to vouchers, ensuring dozens of competitors left with something to show for their efforts.

The course was presented in near-perfect condition, with credit going to Duncan and Graham for their continued hard work maintaining playing standards. The format saw competitors tackle two rounds of 12 holes, with a welcome mid-competition refreshment in the clubhouse bar, courtesy of the sponsor.
