Police appeal after cars vandalised in Rothesay

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after three vehicles were vandalised while parked on Shore Road, Rothesay.

The incidents happened outside 18–20 Shore Road sometime between 12 noon on Sunday, August 24, and 12.30pm on Monday, August 25. Each of the vehicles were scratched along the side panels in a single,

continuous horizontal line.
Officers are asking anyone who

may have seen suspicious activity in the area during that period, or who has any information, to come forward.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “This is a senseless act of vandalism which has left local

residents with damage to their vehicles. We are keen to speak with anyone who may have noticed anything unusual or has information that could help our inquiries.”

Anyone with details is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting crime reference numbers 0358471, 0365919, or 0365926.
