PROMRUN Dunoon celebrates its first birthday this Saturday, October 25, with a free 5km on the West Bay — and everyone’s invited.
The weekly, informal event sets off every Saturday at 9.30am, welcoming participants of all paces: you can run, jog or walk the route. Children (accompanied by an adult) and dogs on leads are welcome. While participation is at your own risk and everyone remains responsible for themselves, a team of friendly marshals is
always on hand to point the way and cheer people along.
To mark the one-year milestone, organisers are laying on post-run cake, and Hallowe’en fancy dress is optional for those who fancy adding a bit of seasonal fun to their morning.
