A number of drop-in sessions will be held in towns across Inverclyde at the end of this month in a bid to offer advice to aspiring or new-start business owners.
The events will be hosted by Business Gateway and Inverclyde Council’s business development team at three different libraries in the local authority.
The first will be held at Port Glasgow Library from 10am to 1pm on Tuesday, April 28.
The second will take place at South West Library in Greenock from 10am to 1pm on Wednesday, April 29.
Meanwhile, the third has been scheduled for Gourock Library from 1pm to 4pm on Thursday, April 30.
In an update on social media, the partners asked: “Do you have an idea for a new business?
“Are you looking to grow and develop your existing business? Then visit our new-start and business support drop-in sessions.”
Business Gateway is a service that provides free assistance and helps individuals who need support to start up and grow their businesses.
It does this by providing one-to-one advice, online resources and strengthening the connection between organisations and the business community.
The local authority’s business development team assists people setting up a business as well as existing companies in the Inverclyde area.
The support it offers is available to businesses working from commercial premises or those based from a home set-up.
