Dunoon Senior Citizens Club welcomes Befrienders

Dunoon Senior Citizens Club hosted the befrienders on Wednesday, march 19, for an afternoon of music and song. entertainment was provided by Robin Miller, co-ordinator of The Befrienders, alongside Andy Crossan and the popular ‘Singing Bees’ choir, under the direction of conductor Heather Hamlet.

Looking ahead, the DSCC is already preparing for a special occasion – The Befrienders’ 30th anniversary celebration, which is set to take place in April next year.

The club also extended its sincere thanks to Western Ferries for their continued support, especially for the generous donation of coach tickets for the DSCC’s annual autumn break. This year’s eagerly anticipated trip will take members to Strathpeffer.
