Dunoon Sheriff Court report

David Louden, (33), from Dunoon was sentenced to prison for three months at Dunoon Sheriff Court. On July 11, 2026 at the Co-op supermarket in Dunoon he stole alcohol, after being granted bail on June 10.

Subject to his bail conditions he was not to enter, nor seek to enter the Co-Op and he was to remain in his house each day between the hours of 7pm and 7am. Louden was to answer his door when police attended his address to enforce said curfew. On July 11 Louden failed without reasonable excuse to remain in his house between 7pm and 7am and entered the Co-Op supermarket.

Maria Pellicci, (34), from Sandbank was given a restriction of liberty order, (house arrest), for 21 weeks where she has to remain home from 8.30pm to 7am and was electronically tagged.

On February 12, 2026 at Broxwood Place, Sandbank she assaulted a police sergeant in the execution of her duty and butted her on the head. On the same day Pellicci assaulted a police constable by biting him on the body and also assaulted a female officer by butting her on the head. Pellicci resisted and obstructed police officers by struggling with them and lashing out with her arms and kicked out with her legs. She committed these offences whilst on bail.

Jordan Campbell, (35), from Saltcoats was ordered to pay Inveraray Church £400 in compensation. On April 15, 2026, on Main Street, Inveraray he culpably and recklessly discharged a firearm, namely a crossbow and damaged a church window by shooting crossbow bolts into it.

Wendy Kerr Gregal, (53), from Kirn was fined £200. Having being granted bail on January 29, 2026 at Dunoon Sheriff Court and being subject to the conditions of her bail terms, where she was not to enter or attempt to enter Dixon Avenue. She failed without reasonable excuse to comply with those conditions and entered Dixon Avenue.

Kieran Williamson, (25), from Dunoon was fined £300. On June 10 at a property on Tom A Mhoid Road, Dunoon he behaved in a threatening and abusive manner by shouting, swearing at a woman and placed her in a state of fear and alarm. He committed this offence whilst on bail.
